Privacy Policy

Recall is a product in development by DesignDeck. This policy describes our current privacy principles and will be updated before general availability to accurately reflect the production implementation and any service providers used.

Information we process

Recall is designed to process only information a user explicitly authorizes Recall and supported connected services to access, together with information necessary to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

Authorized content is used to organize, retrieve and help the user make use of information they have chosen to save. Recall does not sell personal information, use the contents of saved posts for advertising, or use saved content to train general-purpose AI models.

Connected services

Recall may operate with third-party services such as Muse and Instagram. Access is subject to user permissions and to the availability and terms of those services.

Data minimization and retention

Recall is designed to minimize unnecessary external storage and retain information only as needed to provide and secure the service and meet legal obligations. Production retention details will be published before launch.

Your choices

Users will be able to disconnect Recall and request deletion of personal information held by Recall, subject to legal and security requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process.

Children

Recall is not intended for children under the age required to consent to use of the service in their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update this policy as Recall develops.
